We want you to love your Romero Britto artwork and lifestyle products; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and pristine condition to maintain the integrity of the vibrant artwork.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return package.

• 3.
  Secure the Artwork

  Carefully pack your items in their original Romero Britto branded packaging to prevent damage during transit and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our studio inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your replacement exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
